Laura has worked in childcare for many years. Working at Plumpton primary as a support assistant and then Honeybees where she has worked for 16 years.

She is level 3 qualified and has gained extensive experience working with children who need a extra support. Laura is currently in her fourth year at the University of Brighton, studying a BA(hons) degree in Children and Young People

Laura believes passionately that all children should have equal chances and she takes time to get to know individual children building attachments and finding ways to build upon a child’s strengths.

She is trained in Inclusion and autism. Laura has 2 grown-up sons.
