Michelle has worked in childcare for 20 years and has worked at Honeybees for 4 years.

Michelle is Makaton trained and uses this with all the children, especially the youngest whom she has a natural affinity with.

Michelle has levels 3 and 4 in childcare and has worked for 20 years in nurseries and preschools. Michelle has been voted the practitioner they would like to babysit their own children! A wonderful recognition from colleagues. Michelle loves to cook with the children and these sessions often turn into very messy experiences with a lot of laughter!

Michelle is our Celebrations Representative and always ensures that cooking and crafts reflect the celebrations that are the most important to children and their families.

Michelle has a grown-up son and a young daughter.
