Tina has been associated with Honeybees for 19 years. With an agricultural/animal health background she brings a passion for the outdoors to the team.

Tina holds a BA Honors degree in Early Childhood Practice and is a qualified Early Years Teacher. As one of the the setting’s Sencos she is passionate about inclusive practice, ensuring that all children have equal opportunities.

Tina has recently submitted her first academic paper to the association for early years professional development and is a member of Nature, Outdoor Learning & Play (NOLAP) SIG and the British Educational Research Association (BERA).

Tina is married with 4 sons and has an array of animals.
